Wellbeing is generally regarded as the quality of people’s lives.
It is a broad spectrum that encompasses different aspects of an individual’s life (be they children, adolescents or adults). Being multi-dimensional, wellbeing includes physical, emotional and social aspects of a person’s life.
Well-being is a dynamic approach that emerges from the different interactions of people with their surrounding world in different phases and points of life. It is not just related to happiness and positivity in one’s life because depression, anxiety, anger and other negative emotions can also be expected at any time in life.

What Is Child well being?
Who is this website for?
MyChildWellbeing is a place where all the aspects related to children’s well-being will be discussed in detail so as to ensure that an all-inclusive approach to problems and solutions can be made available for parents, teens, adolescents, teachers and policy makers to gain benefits from!
Grade Schoolers (6 years- 12 years)
Balancing the physical changes that the kids’ bodies are undergoing in this stage with their emotional and social life aspects is the key element of this age-span. Puberty (a major element of this age-span) has its own challenges and developing a positive self-image is also of equal importance for grade schoolers.
Adolescence
Generally regarded as a rough time-span, adolescence (AKA teenage) is just like a roller coaster ride both for the teens and the parents equally. Both frustration and pride for the kids are usually experienced side-by-side by the parents – a thing that they will always remember throughout the upcoming years when the teens won’t be teens anymore!
Young Adults
Becoming independent individuals who have to work on their own for surviving in the society is the major benchmark for young adults. Young adults have to develop a social support system of their own so as to adjust in the environment. This is only possible if they have gone through all the above age-spans in a fruitful manner.
Our Idealogy
MyChildWellbeing is a platform to help parents, having kids of different age groups, in getting a chance to understand and flourish their kids’ wellbeing. Children also deserve respect as individual human beings and we strive to come up with ideas that parents can utilize in their everyday dealings with their kids. Our aim is to help the parents in understanding their children in an empathetic manner. We know that caring for children needs a lot of attention and not to say, a lot of sacrifices as well. What we try is to make those struggles and sacrifices worth your time and your energy.
Quotations

David Bly
“Children who grow up feeling loved deeply become adults who prewired to love deeply.”
Karen Salmansohn
“Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.”
H. Jackson Brpwn, Jr.
We believe that healthy childhood can lead to strong adults who can not only lead a strong and confident life themselves; but can also help others as well. Right from their birth, children can tell us who they are and how we can care for them. The only thing we (as parents) need is the skill to listen and understand their cues!
